• Bookings are confirmed upon successful payment and verification of details.
• You must provide valid identification (e.g., driving license, passport) at the time of pickup.
• Rent2Rider reserves the right to refuse or cancel bookings at its discretion.

• Payments are processed securely via third-party gateways; we do not store full card details.
• All fees, including taxes and additional charges, are displayed during booking.
• Failure to pay outstanding amounts may result in cancellation or additional charges.

• Cancellations made 48 hours prior to pickup may be eligible for a full refund, subject to our policy.
• No refunds for cancellations within 24 hours of pickup or no-shows.
• Refunds, if approved, will be processed within 7-10 business days.

• Vehicles must be used in accordance with local laws and our guidelines.
• You are responsible for any damage, fines, or penalties incurred during the rental period.
• Unauthorized modifications or misuse of the vehicle are prohibited.

• Rent2Rider provides basic insurance; additional coverage may be purchased.
• You are liable for damages not covered by insurance or due to negligence.
• We are not responsible for loss of personal belongings or injuries caused by misuse.

• You agree not to use our services for unlawful or unauthorized purposes.
• Harassment, abuse, or fraudulent activities will result in account termination.
• You must report any issues with the vehicle promptly to our support team.

We may terminate or suspend your access to our services for violation of these terms or at our discretion with prior notice where feasible.

Our services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.

We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. The updated version will be posted with a new “Last updated” date. Continued use of the services indicates acceptance of the changes.
