How do I book a bike?

You can book a bike through our website or by contacting our office. You’ll need to provide a valid ID, a driving license, and a refundable security deposit (₹1000–₹2000, depending on the bike model).

What are the rental hours?

Rental hours are from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM. We can adjust for any difficulties, so please inform us in advance.

Can I pick up or drop off the bike at a different location?

The default pickup and drop-off point is our Siliguri office. Third-party locations can be arranged if you notify us in advance.

What documents do I need to rent a bike?

You must present an original ID: PAN Card, Election Card, Aadhar Card, Passport, or any ID issued by the Central or State Government. A valid driving license is also required.

Do both rider and pillion need a license?

Only the rider needs a valid driving license, but both rider and pillion must wear helmets during the rental period.

What is the security deposit?

A refundable security deposit of ₹1000–₹2000, depending on the bike model, is required at the time of bike collection. It will be refunded if the bike is returned undamaged.

Where can I ride the bike?

Bikes can only be used in permitted areas: Sikkim, Darjeeling, the Dooars, Gangtok, and Bhutan.

Can I carry luggage on the bike?

Avoid carrying large luggage to ensure safe riding. Small, manageable bags are recommended.

How many passengers can ride a bike?

Each bike can carry a maximum of two passengers, including the rider.

Is riding under the influence allowed?

No. Riding under the influence of alcohol or prohibited drugs is strictly prohibited.

Who is responsible for damages?

The renter is solely responsible for any physical damage, theft, or loss to the bike during the rental period.

What happens if the bike is damaged?

No damages, minor or major, are tolerated. You will need to pay for any damages incurred.

Should I inspect the bike before riding?

Yes, inspect the bike thoroughly before starting your journey. Clarify any doubts and, if possible, record a video of the bike’s condition.

What happens if I return the bike late?

A penalty of ₹500 per additional day applies if the bike is not returned by the agreed date and time. Notify us 24 hours in advance for extensions, with the additional fee paid.

Can I return the bike early?

Yes, inform us in advance if you plan to return the bike early. Refunds may be provided at our discretion.

Are there extra charges for late returns due to unforeseen circumstances?

If you’re unable to return the bike on time due to unforeseen circumstances, no extra day charge will apply, but you may extend the rental duration.
