TERMS & CONDITIONS
‘ 1. Rent2Riders takes every attempt to give you with the best services possible, making your voyage more enjoyable and memorable. We endeavor to give a safe and secure tour with no misunderstandings with you.
‘ 2. Before you reserve any motorcycle, please carefully go through the booking and returning conditions. Our contract with you is based on the terms and conditions listed below, on our website, on the bike receiving/collecting form, and in the FAQ (frequently asked questions).
‘ 3. Only Sikkim, Darjeeling, the Dooars, Gangtok, and Bhutan are permitted by Rent 2 Rider for the usage of the motorcycle. The basis of our agreement with you is set forth in the terms listed below, on our website, on the bike receiving/collection form, and in the FAQ (frequently asked
‘ 4. Refundable security deposit (security deposit) per bike: ₹ 1000 to ₹ 2000, depending on the bike model (payable on bike collection).
‘ 5. While renting a bike, one of the following documents must be presented with you in its original form: PAN CARD / ELECTION CARD / AADHAR CARD / PASSPORT / ANY ID CARD, issued by Central or State Govt. in ORIGINAL for verification.
‘ 6. During the time of the bike rental, the rider and pillion should wear helmets and possess a valid driving license issued by the Government of India.
‘ 7. Each vehicle rider must have a valid license, which must be presented to the vendor for inspection upon picking up the bike for rental.
‘ 8. The pickup and drop off points shall stay the same, i.e. our office, and the bike can be requested to be collected from a third place but you need to inform us in advance.
‘ 9. Riding a motorcycle while under the influence of alcohol or forbidden drugs is explicitly prohibited at all times.
‘ 10. The individual renting the bike is solely responsible for any physical damage, theft, or loss to the bike.
‘ 11. Any failure to return the bike by the return date and time will result in a penalty of ₹ 500 for each additional day rented. Road Riders will make every effort to return the bike in line with the commitment made. If there is a change, it must be communicated at least 24 hours in advance, and an additional day fee must be paid.
‘ 12. Avoid carrying large luggage throughout the tour.
‘ 13. Each bike can only transport two passengers at a time, including the rider.
‘ 14. Damages & its charges: No damages can be tolerated, it does not matter whether minor or major damages. You will need to pay for the damages.
‘ 15. Vehicle Inspection: Before you begin your journey, you must inspect and acquaint yourself with the vehicle. Please clarify your all doubts before beginning on your trip (If possible make a video of the vehicle before start the bike).
‘ 16. Receiving & Return Policy: Regardless of when you receive the vehicle, you will be charged on a daily basis. For example, if you pick up your vehicle in the late afternoon or evening, you will be charged for the entire day. However, if you are unable to return the bike on the given date due to unforeseen circumstances, you will not be charged for an extra day; however, you may extend the hiring duration.
‘ 17. If the bike is returned sooner than the specified date owing to personal reasons, you need to inform us in advance. If possible, we will try to give you the refund, but it is completely depend on us.
‘ 18. The rental hours for bike hiring & returning are between 8:00 AM and 8:00 PM any difficulty could be adjusted..
